Orange-Vanilla Cream Martini

In a quart-sized Savour bag, add the zest from three oranges, 1 vanilla bean sliced in half lengthwise, and a bottle of vodka.  Seal bag according to Savour directions.  Infuse at 130 °F for 2 hours.

Add an ounce of orange juice, and a bold splash of cream to chilled, infused vodka. Garnish with a thin slice of orange. Cheers!


Create Your Own Signature Infusion

Choose your ingredients and infuse at 130 °F for 2 hours.


  • 1 cucumber peeled and sliced, a handful of mint leaves and a bottle of vodka.
  • 3-4 slices of pineapple, 1 sliced mango and a bottle of rum.
  • 1 shell of raspberries, the juice of 1/2 lime, a dash of sugar and a bottle of white rum.
