Cook chicken breasts in the Savour bag using the recipe of your choice or our recipe below. Cool and store in the refrigerator or freezer to have protein ready for future use. It's already cooked and will be ready to go in a snap. Keeping the bag sealed after cooking will help the food last longer in the refrigerator.
Make-ahead Chicken Breasts
Place three chicken breasts in one layer into a quart-sized Savour Sous Vide bag. Cook at 145°F for 60 minutes. Shock in ice water to cool and refrigerate. Later in the week they can be reheated at 145°F, then seared in a little olive oil and served warm for a quick entree. Or, you can chop the chicken into 1/2" cubes for use in a chicken salad.
